About these terms

These terms apply when you use loyalnook.co.uk or buy goods from us. Loyal Nook is a brand of Hypora Inc. Hypora Inc. is the seller.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into the contract and that the information you provide is accurate.

Products and product information

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and scale may vary slightly between screens, and dimensions may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Check the measurements, weight guidance and product information before ordering.

Our pet products are consumer accessories. They are not veterinary devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Supervise your dog, place the steps on a flat dry surface and stop use if the product slides, tilts, is damaged or compresses excessively. Never force a dog to use the steps. Seek veterinary advice if you are concerned about your dog's health or mobility.

Orders and contract formation

The checkout lets you review and correct your order before submitting it. A binding contract is formed when we send your order confirmation accepting your order. Keep that confirmation and a copy of the policies applicable when you ordered.

Before accepting an order, we may decline it if payment cannot be authorised, delivery is unavailable or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we discover an availability problem or a clear pricing error, we will contact you rather than charge a different amount without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will explain the problem and refund payments for undelivered goods without undue delay. This does not limit any further rights you have by law.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. The total amount payable is shown at checkout before you place the order. We may change prices for future orders, but a change will not affect an order already accepted. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not receive full card details from the payment processor.

Bundles contain the items listed on the relevant product page. Any stated saving is compared with the current total price of those items when bought separately, unless the offer says otherwise.

Delivery cancellation and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Your cancellation and return rights are governed by our Returns and Cancellation Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that harms the service, or use its content to mislead others.

The website content, branding, graphics, copy and layout are owned by or licensed to Hypora Inc. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission, except where the law permits.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer purchase, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but you keep any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the part of the United Kingdom where you live. Consumers in England and Wales may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts where the law allows.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use of the website or future orders. The terms that applied when an order was accepted continue to govern that order, unless a change is required by law.
