Delivery area and price

We currently deliver to eligible United Kingdom addresses shown at checkout. Standard delivery is free. Orders are charged in pounds sterling.

Delivery estimate

UK delivery typically takes 7 to 12 working days from order confirmation, including processing time. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. We will send an order confirmation and, when available, dispatch or tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.

Some items are fulfilled by overseas suppliers, including suppliers in China, and an order may arrive in more than one parcel. We do not represent that goods are dispatched from a UK warehouse. Hypora Inc. remains your seller and is responsible for resolving order and delivery problems.

If we become aware of a significant delay, we will contact you. Unless we agree a different period with you, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made. If delivery is not made within the agreed or legally required period, you may have the right to end the contract and receive a refund.

Address accuracy and failed delivery

Please check the delivery address before placing your order. Email contact@loyalnook.co.uk immediately if it is wrong. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch. If a parcel is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery was not accepted or collected, we will contact you about the available options and any reasonable redelivery cost.

Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or a person you nominate, receives them. If a parcel is missing, damaged or marked delivered but has not reached you, email us. Checking with your household may help, but you do not have to resolve a claim with the carrier yourself. We will investigate and provide the remedy you are entitled to; a tracking status alone does not remove your consumer rights.

Compressed foam after delivery

Foam steps may arrive compressed for transport. After the parcel arrives, remove the transport packaging, place the steps on a flat dry surface and allow up to 24 to 48 hours for the foam to regain its shape before use. This expansion period starts after delivery and is separate from the 7 to 12 working day delivery estimate.
